For the past 35 years, hundreds of thousands of pro-lifers, mostly Catholic, have journeyed to our nation’s capital in Washington DC to participate in the annual March For Life. The masses gather for prayer and public protest on the anniversary of the Roe v. Wade Supreme Court decision, January 22, in order to call for the end of abortion and other sins against life.
This year the Office of Vocations is partnering with the Family Life Office to organize, promote, and coordinate the Catholic Diocese of Tulsa’s participation in the 36th Annual National March For Life pilgrimage in Washington DC, January 20-25, 2009.
All High School youth and College young adults, either from Oklahoma or currently going to school here, are invited and strongly encouraged to REGISTER TODAY. HURRY - If you don’t act soon, there may not be a seat available for you, as there are only 80 seats available.
We depart Tulsa on Tuesday evening, January 20, 2009 and return late afternoon on Sunday, January 25, 2009.
Registration forms and a non-refundable $100 deposit are due by Friday, November 7, 2008. The remaining Balance of $225 is due Friday, December 5, 2008.
